Does this include Tax Software Support?
Software tech support is handled by our software tech support team, and that tech support comes standard with your purchase of Pronto Tax Software. This Program on this page is for tax support, for example if you have a question on a tax return you're preparing for a client.
Do you offer support in Spanish?

Is the support instantaneous, can I call whenever I want?
All support requests start with you sending an email request. This ensures that we properly track every request and make sure that support is provided with maximum efficiency.
